If you access CarSkios through our mobile application, we may collect and use your information to:

CarSkios does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third-party websites or services. If you post content on our Site — such as vehicle listings, reviews, ratings, or comments — that information may be visible to other users of the Site. Please exercise care when deciding what information you make publicly available. CarSkios is not responsible for how other users may view, share, or use information you choose to post publicly.
Your account profile may be viewable by other registered users. We will not publicly display your email address. You may adjust the visibility settings of your profile through your account preferences.
13. Children's Privacy
Our Site and services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 14 without verifiable parental or guardian consent. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child under 14 has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, please contact us immediately at the contact information set out in Section 15. We will take prompt steps to delete that information.

16. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and any disputes relating to your Personal Information shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which you reside, including PIPEDA (or applicable provincial privacy legislation) and CASL. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts in Canada.
If you reside in Quebec, your Personal Information is also protected under Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector ("Law 25").
